Packet loss explanation?

There seems to be a network wide packet loss issue currently (looking at the graphs here: http://community.plus.net/ping-graphs/ and my graph here: http://www.thinkbroadband.com/ping/share/eab9875420c8503f434b8c39342fda16.html)
Do we know what is causing this and it's fix date?

The above link should explain what you're looking for. It's Third Party and shouldn't really be causing you any issues given the low amount of traffic we pass over the LoNAP link.

Ok, thanks for the links (I thought it was plusnet because it isn't happening to the VM exchanges)
