Packet Loss and Latency Spikes In The game Bloodline Champions

Hi i've been playing Bloodline Champions (PC)  for a year now with little to no problems regarding latency and packetloss. The game largly relies on latency/ping to do good in just like other games like call of duty etc. But during the last week I keep getting random packet loss and latency spikes. The games had problem with packet loss before but i have'nt occurred any of it till now which questions if its something to do with my line or not. Is there anyway to prioritise this game over other things.
Heres a Winmtr of routing and packetloss, i'm no tech guy the % of packet loss is huge which should make this game unplayable but its not ? i just get random huge amounts at random times. Correct me if i'm wrong. Help truly appreciated!

Have you tried running wireshark to determine if the traffic is prioritised correctly. That would be the first step for the investigation Smiley

HI Getho008,
Are you using it wired or wireless/ If it's wireless it could be interference. I've just ran some checks on your line and it looks really stable. The upstream result isn't quite what I'd expect but nothing serious. Do you have a test socket you can use? Can you plug your telephone into the test socket by itself and run a quiet line test? You can do this by dialling 17070 option 2.
