Hi could someone have a look at my broadband profile as when playing on the PS3 my on line gaming experience is extremely laggy no matter what time of day it is, i'm on broadband extra download speed averages at about 17mbps but upload speed is very poor at 0.34mbps could this be improved at all.

Currently your upstream sync speed is presumably capped at 448kbps. If you raise a ticket requesting it your upload can be uncapped (no charge); be aware that fault rates have been shown to be higher when upstream is uncapped. (Reference)

I recently had my line uncapped and my upload speed increased from 4xxkbps to 9xx kbps, which has helped with gaming on the xbox, so i would definitely give uncapping a go.
