PPoE Based Disconnections?

Hello!

I've been racking my brain on this issue pretty much since I can remember, ended up replacing our network setup twice to try and alleviate the disconnects to no avail. Uncommonly, usually in the late hours, the internet connection will completely drop for a few minutes usually. Sometimes longer. The frequency at which it comes up and down is pretty random, but it usually happens 2-5 times in a row.

The UniFi security gateway I have flags them as "WPA Authentication Timeout/Failure", and the logs are posted below.

Would anyone be able to help me understand what's going on?

Re: PPoE Based Disconnections?

Hi there, it sounds like there could be a fault. I've performed some diagnostic checks and we're not seeing any obvious causes but I still recommend following the checks here next: https://www.plus.net/help/broadband/connection-troubleshooting/

Once that's been done you can report a fault with us online at http://faults.plus.net

Do let us know how you get on.
