Hello
I am unable to connect to the broadband with the authentication failure. Would it be possible to confirm the settings.I recently updated my contract and I wonder if something has changed that might not be configured in my router
Thanks
Geoff

Hi Den
Thanks for the info. This where I may have a problem.Until yesterday I was connecting my router with:
Username: phonenumber@my-inbox.net
Password: 9 character personal password
We originally transferred from 24 Talk when plusnet took them over.
I have tried the combination of:
Plusnet username@plusdsl.net
Password: member centre password
But these are not working. I hadn't seen any communication that the connection details were changed.
Could someone e-mail me the connection details?
Thanks
Geoff

If you cannot connect with the details you originally signed up with then i am guessing something has gone wrong at plusnets end, you will have to ring them, a long shot you could try resetting your router sometimes works
