PPP connecting

My connection randomly went down yesterday afternoon. I spent an hour on the phone with 2 support people trying to resolve my ‘PPP connecting’ issue before support raising the issue as a fault. I haven’t heard anything since and it’s causing me considerable grief trying to work from home. Does anyone have any suggestions on how the resolve the issue?
