Hi there,
You haven't actually paid for more usage, you've merely amended the "data transfer watch" to make your usage stop when you have reached a spending amount, which you're not able to do because you're still on a fixed usage service.
If you go to this page:
https://portal.plus.net/products/upgrade/change_data_transfer.html
You can then request to be on a PAYG service as opposed to fixed rate.

OK.. I thought the other was the one i needed to get 10gb as a limit on my 8gb.... To stop me going to far over.
Now set it to 10gb on the above link.
