Hi James,
if you are here, could you please give my profile a kick, it's currently showing 350 kbps.
Results from BT speedtest are as follows -
Test1 comprises of Best Effort Test: -provides background information.
Your DSL connection rate: 5984 kbps(DOWN-STREAM), 448 kbps(UP-STREAM)
IP profile for your line is - 5000 kbps
Actual IP throughput achieved during the test was - 289 kbps.
Earlier this month there was a temporary loss (an hour or two?) of phone and BB service on my line, (possibly an engineer messing with cabling somewhere, not specifically my line to my knowledge) which resulted in my profile plunging. Sync in excess of 6M was re-established shortly after. However even after 3 days the PN profile had not increase, despite the PN BB speedtester giving me throughputs in excess of 4M !! The BT speedtester was unavailable for a period and I'd been away since. Just got back on line today.
If you could also e-mail (or PM) me delta reports for my line that would be much appreciated.
Regards,
Chris.

Hi Chris,
Actuate is showing the line profile as still being set to 350Kbps, but I've tried changing our profile to 5000Kbps to see if this makes any difference at all.
