PN firmware TG582n request - move the Reset my Technicolor Gateway option

A minor thing but a major annoyance, move the Reset my Technicolor Gateway option to its own menu.  I was doing a reboot to get my snr back to 6ish as it was down at 2-3 and speeds were dire and clicked the wrong sodding link so ended up back on defaults.  Normally I am careful but I should have reread the warning popup and didn't, this must happen more often.
Factor in the hardware between the seat and keyboard
