PN 'current line speed' profile adjustment to match BT's IP profile, please

I'd be grateful if someone at PN was able to change my PN 'Current line speed' profile (6.5Mb at present) to match the BT IP Profile (8018 kbps), please.

If it 20CN you have to wait for 3-5 days before BT profile to change and will passed onto Plusnet to change it automatically.
