PN & BT strike again I see

So whats the excuse for the poor speeds this time I wonder?
my router is quite happily sitting at around 2300kbps for the downstream with no wild variations in SNR or anything in fact that would suggest a problem and yet getting over abour 40kB/s down seems somewhat difficult.
Did someone trip over your cabinet cables?
Hell even loading ElReg or god forbid the BBC news site requires the patience of a saint atm

Re: PN & BT strike again I see

Your line had a sync down at 582 on the 4th May, this has caused your profile to drop down to 500.
I've just checked and it's back to 1900 profile now, so I'll give it a nudge on our side. If you don't see an increase within 10 minutes, try a single disconnect/reconnect and you should be good.
