PN Profile Stuck

Hi!
Just wondering if i could get my IP Profile reset by plusnet, i noticed a few days ago that my sync speed was reaching about 5000-5600 but drops to about 4800 peak times, took a quick look at my ip profile and it seems to be stuck at 2500 for some strange reason... i've continued to monitor sync speeds and my ip profile over the last 3 days or so and it still hasnt gone up. ive used the bt speedtester several times and i seem to ge a flat cap of 2155 Kbps on my test but the BRAS profile seems to be at 4000 Kbps ive tried rebooting several times over the last few days to see if it would kick the plusnet side into effect but it just doesnt seem to have worked, hope you can help!

Could you post the results of a BT Speedtest (http://speedtester.bt.com) and the "Current line speed" from this link: https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=data_transfer_speed ?

I've given things a nudge in the right direction now for you, hopefully your speeds should increase nearer to the 4000 profile.
