PN Portal gone AWOL again

The PN Portal seems to have gone AWOL this morning. Firefox is throwing up this error:
The page isn't redirecting properly
Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

I've cleared the browser cache and cookies are definitely "on" but the problem persists.

Hi Martin,
You'll need to clear your cookies or wait until we've implemented a fix.
I've just posted a Service Status announcement.

Re: PN Portal gone AWOL again

Why are these things not checked before implementing changes? This is the second time in a few weeks this has hapened. It does not give customers much confidence that other changes may muck up things much worse.

Re: PN Portal gone AWOL again

It appears to be a problem that isn't revealing itself on our testing platform and only appearing on the live system.
I've already asked this question this morning and we'll do our best to prevent it happening again.
Not best pleased tbh!    Angry

Re: PN Portal gone AWOL again

Can I also make the suggestion that instead of instructing customers to remove all cookies, and thus affecting other sites they may use, That a list of PlusNet cookies that need deleting be published instead.
