PN - Please update my profile

BT had updated my IP Profile to 4000, but PN still states it is 3000.
Can this be updated please?

Re: PN - Please update my profile

I had this same thing.
PN will update eventually, took about 5 days for me. I sent them a ticket and that seemed to speed things up the second time.
Worrying that this seems to be happening so much though.

Re: PN - Please update my profile

IP Profile has now been updated by PN.  However, I have just tried some speedtests and the download speed has not gone up, although my IP Profile has now changed from 3000 to 4000.  Download speed is still 2726kbps!  Huh

Re: PN - Please update my profile

I had this, I just logged out, not disconnected as such, didn't have to re-sync, just had to re-enter username/password. then it seemed to work as expected.

Re: PN - Please update my profile

as you have found out in most cases a drop of ppp sesion or a reboot of router is required for the new PN profile to be applyed to your line
