PN Line Profile holding me back?

can my profile be raised a little higher based on the below??  short up time on router was me restarting due to a config change, previously up for 3 days+

Your speed is matched Plusnet's end (8Mb/s) against your IP Profile (8.2Mb/s) so there is nothing wrong there - can you post your estimated speeds from here http://www.dslchecker.bt.com/ ?

The Plusnet profile should be 8.3 to match the IP profile as it goes in 0.1Mb/s steps

Your sync rate is currently standing at 9411 which would give you a Plusnet Profile of 8.3 as Oldjim has stated below.
