I am migrating from BT Infinity. I placed an order for 'PN fibre' online on Thursday 14/11/13. I chose 'ASAP' as fibre broadband switch date and provided a valid MAC code. I understand that it takes 5-7 days for the order to complete but according to the online order status the order is still in the "checking your line" stage, in other words no progress so far. Could someone please give me an order status update. Regards faraon
Hi faraon, I've checked on your order and I can see that your order has been placed via automation. The order is currently with our suppliers and we are awaiting confirmation from our suppliers on when your order is due to complete. As soon as we have further information as to when the order is due to complete, I'll let you know.
