PN Fibre Value connection loss

Last night (22/12) between 7pm and 10pm, while using the internet via browser, I had repeated connection failures with the message from BT Wholesale announcing the failure and giving, I think, 5 possible causes for it. The message also requested that the browser should be restarted.
I have had good connections since the fibre product was installed some months ago. Can anyone tell me if they have experienced something similar and what is the likely cause, and what solution is available?
If it is a BT Wholesale failure or Plusnet fibre portal failure, can these types of service issues be separately reported in the PN service status?

Hi peterfleet,
We've seen fibre users get the green BT page before. If that's what it was, then log into your router and change the DNS servers to our ones 212.159.6.9 and 212.159.6.10 instead of getting automatically. This will prevent that.

Router now changed to your proposed DNS settings. Many thanks. I will report back if problem re-occurs.
