PAYG 15GB Speed

Can someone from PN tell me with complete transparency whether anything, anything at all, has been done in the last 6 months that would slow speeds (particularly torrents/peer2peer) on the PAYG 15GB product?

Re: PAYG 15GB Speed

Are you using the normal login (xxx@plusdsl.net) or the RIN trial login (xxx@plusdsl2.net?

Re: PAYG 15GB Speed

I think this could be down to general high volumes of traffic across all account types (see http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,58614.msg477948.html#msg477948). I bet the slowdown you are seeing is far less than other account types.
The other possibility is exchange contention - do you see any slowdown on speed tests? e.g. http://www.mybroadbandspeed.co.uk/
If you can get on to RIN it might be worth a try to see if that is better.

Could a PN person respond to this question please.

All the traffic remains in Gold - That is no different to now it has ever been to my knowledge.
