P2P slowed right down even though paid for usage is lower than limit

Hello all,
When I reached 8gb for the month my P2P slowed right down.  But only 45% of that is on my paid for allowance. 
Does P2P slow down at 8gb even if it is not made up of paid for useage???

Hi,
Without looking I would guess that you are on option 2.
There won't be any restrictions until you hit your peak allowance.  I'd advise rebooting to see if it improves the situation at all.

Yes I am on Option 2 and have rebooted several times.  It seems a very odd coincidence that the slowdown occurred when I hit 8gb, even though over half of this usage was in free time.  Can you confirm that the slowdown is not because of this?  Would I have to raise a ticket to ask?
