Can anyone answer why the limit is on before 1200 - I usually can start a download at 0800 - BSG4 for example which can be as quick as 3o minutes to come through. I can then watch it get ready then go to work all before 1200.
Today capped at 35k - usually in the morning I can get anything up to 550k.
Nothing wrong with trackers, port is forwarded. Connection speed is OK.
Flat line on speed graph in uTorrent
regards
Andy

Hi Andy,
I've seen a similar post today on ThinkBroadband
http://bbs.adslguide.org.uk/showflat.php?Cat=&Board=plusnet&Number=3362431&page=0&view=collapsed&sb=...
We saw an LTS drop yesterday, which has ;eft our platform slightly out of balance. I'd definitely suggest that this may be a reason why your P2P speeds are currently running below their usual level.
Would you mind trying to reboot your router and see if this helps to improve the situation at all?

Thanks for the as ever prompt reply
I tried rebooting the router before asking the question. I am now on ptn-ag2 where I was on pte-ag2 before. Still the same.
There's always tomorrow or the next day. It is not the end of the world, I just wondered if my product or policy had been changed.

I had a similar thing with utorrent last night, seemed to stay under 35 all night so it's probably something that will just clear up

Hi again,
Bob's just pointed out in the ThinkBroadband thread that we had a problem with the overnight rate limits not being relaxed, which will have caused the poor speeds that some of you may have seen.
It should now be sorted though.
