P2P Throttled on Fibre?

Seems I am getting slower speeds on fibre at 25Mb than I was on my 2.5Mb.  What gives?

There's a few more oddities as well Oldjim, once you get your head round the massively different time spells. Extra Fibre has several strong throttles that Extra doesn't.

I have a vague recollection that the tighter reins in the busiest hours were justified because of the vastly greater speeds that were then available (to fibre) in the non-peak hours. It's a vague rec ollection, so I might be wrong...
