P2P Incoming Connection

Hi, not changed anything but all of  a sudden im getting a orange light on utorrent saying no incoming connections, im on extra pro so cant see any restrictions but wondered if anyone else is having the same problem right now?

Best thing to do is set a set port in utorrent to torrent over.
Then go into your router, and forward that port to your computer (providing you have a static IP this wont change, if ur using the thomson router, you need your mac address)
The problem your experiencing is within your network.

Have you installed/updated a virus scanner recently, this may have enabled port blocking on your computer rather than the router.
