Hi,
Im just preparing for the move from EE to PlusNet at the end of the month and im looking at the connection documentation and notince it states
| Broadband username or login name | yourusername @plusdsl.net |
| Connection type or encapsulation | PPPoE Always On |
| Password | The password you use to log in to the My Account |
Can someone confirm this is correct and that i use my password that i use to login into my PlusNet Account? as im confused by the my account page where it says "Password: The one you chose when ordering." as i don't know what this is as i had to reset my password.
If using my PlusNet Account password is correct, then what is the point of the below option?
I simply dont want to be stuck trying to sort out access when my EE service is switched over.
TIA!

Is is the same password you use to login to the user portal.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
