I also bcc my self on outgoing emails - email sent via the PLusnet out going server have not got back to me -

Hi there,
There's no delays that I'm aware of and the queues are looking pretty normal:
Email between PlusNet accounts definitely shouldn't be marked as spam but it might be worth double checking it hasn't ended up in your 'Spam' folder if you have this option enabled?
