Ordering a router

Hi,
I have heard that PlusNet can supply me with a router. Could I pay just the postage and get the router for free as long as I stay for 12 months.
I am currently paying my plusnet account by monthly direct debit. Thanks.

Re: Ordering a router

Hi there,
That won't be a problem however we can't take the postage fee from a direct debit I'm afraid. Is there any way you could add payment details for a debit or credit card? We can remove them after the £4.99 postage fee is taken and then get the router out to you as soon as possible that way.

Hi matt,
I have added my credit card details on portal.plus.net. Please let me know if you need any other details and I will pm it to you.
Thanks,
Victor

Re: Ordering a router

That's great, thanks - the postage fee has been taken and the router ordered, it should be with you before the end of the week.
