Ordered fibre - supposed to start on 9/8/12 ?

Hey, just placed an order with Fibre Extra and it's saying it starts on the 9th (ticket ID 139270241) surely this can't be right as it cannot be installed in less than 2 days? Will I be paying for Fibre on the 9th?
Also can a PN rep take a look at my account and confirm that I am on the talk evenings and weekend only plan please?

hahaha want to swap?  I got my in-laws to order fibre on Monday and they have a 2 week wait.  Don't knock it Smiley

It can all depend on Openreach engineer availability.  You should recieve your routewr 48 hours before its starts.

Your ticket has been updated in regards to the order date.

You haven't told him when that is (Talk evening and weekends)! His billing date is supposed to be yesterday as I understood things.
