Ordered Fibre yesterday...

Hi all,
I ordered fibre (and moved my phone to Plusnet at the same time) yesterday and I'm keeping an eye on the tickets that pop up on my account.
This one caught my eye and is ... concerning.

An update report has been received for this account.
The broadband service is now being transferred to the 21C Network.
The transfer will complete by midnight on 31/07/2014.

I'm already on 21CN, is this just a poorly worded automatic notice or did someone mess up?

DLM manages your line the same way DRM manages your rights.
Look at all the pretty graphs! (now with uptime logging!)

I have just switched to fibre and had an identical ticket on my account. I was already on ADSL 21CN.
In my case it was nothing to worry about.
I also received an email at 01:18 AM on the morning I was due to switch saying the product change was complete. I was still on ADSL at this point.
I think the wording of this email could be improved.
The engineer turned up later in the day and I am now on fibre  Smiley

I know these aren't notices that one would normally see, you have to go in and view the closed questions, it was a little worrying.
