Order stuck on checking line for over 2 and a half weeks

Hi,
My broadband order has been stuck at the Checking your Line stage for 2.5weeks, is this normal? When I ordered it said it'd be complete in 7-10 working days.

Silly question, but have you supplied your MAC to PlusNet (if this is a migration)?
If you have, probably best to phone to find out what is going on. And check for tickets on your account, there may be some information there.

Thanks for the call Chris, you were very helpful, I received notification that the modem/router has now been despatched and I will let you know when it's arrived so we can get switched on finally Smiley
Thanks for the suggestion HP, but I had supplied the MAC with the order Smiley

I just recall others having been stuck because of that and the system being rather "uninformative" to say the least.
What was the problem, if you know? Might be of help to others in future.  Wink

HP, I don't know what the problem was, but for some reason it was just the ordering process getting stuck, Chris gave it a nudge Wink
Chris, the router has arrived now, so if you could give the system the final nudge and activate my broadband as discussed and confirm that would be excellent and I can finally get setup and sorted today Smiley
