I place an order for unlimted fibre last night, but checking my order status today it says "We've found a potential problem on your telephone line. We'll look into this and will be in contact with you shortly." When I placed my order I did not see a screen to select a date for an engineer to visit, in fact the last screen of process was blank. Have I missed something out or it there a genuine problme with my phone line (fingers crossed not!) Cheers Lee
Sorry to hear that, It sounds more like an issue with the site when you signed up rather that the line itself. This will need some attention from our provisioning team to process the order manually so someone will be in touch ASAP.
