Order has been completed for broadband, but says router has not been ordered?

According to my member centre, my broadband line is active but the order for the router has not been placed yet.
Does anyone know how long it will be until I have my router?

Welcome to our community forums Smiley
I've checked your account and can see that your broadband is scheduled to go active on the 6th February. I've dispatched your router so you'll get that in the next couple of days.
Where you can see that your line is complete, if you click 'view order status' you'll see where your order current is.
