Orange light

Everything was working fine yesterday morning, I turned everything off when I left for work as normal, came home and now the router has a solid orange light. I have turned off and factory reset but still nothing. I have checked again this morning and the same thing-solid orange light. Tried to call support but was on hold for almost 40 minutes and cut off because they close at 8pm. My account is fine and activate and it's the original route direct from plusnet. This so so frustrating-any advice would be appreciated, thank you.

Thank you, I did do that yesterday but they were unable to arrange a call back, so that's when I called. Sorry forgot to mention that. Am calling again now so hopefully better luck this morning

All fixed, human error! Password was changed during the day while the router was off so failed to reset. If anyone else has this issue press and hold the rest button for about a minute then release. Should work then
