Orange light flashing on hub

Hi for the last few days my hub keeps flashing orange and loses its connection! I have done all the troubleshooting options but its still the same,can anyone offer any advice?

Hi thankyou for getting back to me. I managed to get through to someone yesterday and an engineer is coming today.
