Orange ethernet light

Recently I noticed  that my ethernet light has turned orange and my internet is green. Can someone check my line or something to see if there is a problem?

An orange ethernet light has NOTHING to do with your your broadband connection or phone line status !.
The colour of the ethernet LED(s) indicates the connection speed of each wired connection from your router to your home network or PC.
An orange LED indicates the ethernet connection is running at 100Mbps
An green LED indicates the ethernet connection is running at 1000Mbps (gigabit)
If it has changed from green to orange  -
-  1)  have you made any wiring changes ?
-  2)  check the settings of the networked device connected to that router port.
-  3)  ensure the network connection is using an ethernet cable rated for 1Gbps, as using any old patch cable could cause an unreliable connection.

Thanks for your reply. The light has recently changed from green to orange and it is running at 100Mbps.
No wiring changes.

From my router to my PC.

I have a PC with a gigabit ethernet card, when the PC is running normally the link speed is 1Gbps (green LEDs on router and PC interface), but when the PC is in standby it falls back to 100Mbps (orange LEDs).
Have you got something like that going on ?
