Openreach engineer just visited slow download speeds

Good afternoon,
As mentioned above, an engineer has visited as we have had no phone or internet for a week and he has redone the line to the cabinet box.
The phone and internet is now working but we have download speeds of 283kbps, instead of around 6-8000.
The router stats are saying that the snr is at 19.3DB (previously it was at around 6-8DB before the line went), I'm not sure if perhaps where it's higher if this is the cause.
I have rebooted the router and it is still the same. I have uploaded my router stats below.
I would greatly appreciate your help. Thank you.
