Can someone have a look at my account. Open reach engineer came round today. Didn't find any problems inside our house or anywhere else. Said the exchange had been capped at 25MB for our line. Unfortunately I closed the question prior to his arrival inadvertently. So nor sure if PN will pick up his findings.
