Online Chat unavailable?

Anyone know why chat is unavailable?

1 Make sure that you have no pop up blocker activated. Some browsers activate one by default.

So I just tried it on my mobile and when I clicked on "Talk about existing account" the chat was unavailable, but when I clicked on "buying a new product" there was an agent available

I'm really sorry that you have been unable to get through on live chat. 

Please be aware that live chat agents don't all have the same skill set. Different departments can be busier than others.
