Ongoing DNS Issues? Timeouts....

Hi
Lots of timeouts today, still happening now.
Checked TG582n:
Connectivity to DNS Server 1 (212.159.6.9) is  failing regularly.
Just me, or others got probs? Plusnet service status states that this problem was resolved @ 14:15.
Router has been rebooted.

Yeah, although the ridiculous thing is i've only started getting them SINCE 2:15, everything was fine till they "fixed it" bit like Battlefield 4

I'm at my parents house this evening and I've been having all sorts of trouble. I put it down to their ropey line but Plusnet's RADIUS logs suggest it's been connected throughout (minus a handful of PPP disconnect/reconnects initiated by myself)

Think I may be seeing this issue as well as painfully slow tonight even on these forums.
I did a trace route to www.google.com and it seemed to get the DNS ok, but took 12 hops and one hop is slow.

I am also experiencing this I think. Trying to browse the internet and just getting timed out constantly. Managed to download a game fine though.

Looks like there was an engineer call out an hour or two ago so I'm fairly confident it's being worked on (ref: 79830). I'll nudge somebody to get a service status post out.
