Download speed achieved during the test was - 116 Kbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 50-250 Kbps.
Additional Information:
Your DSL Connection Rate :160 Kbps(DOWN-STREAM), 448 Kbps(UP-STREAM)
IP Profile for your line is - 135 Kbps
Whats going on I am getting tired of these line drops,years with no problems now 3 in less than 9 months.Nothing has been touched or changed at my end.

I would visit http://community.plus.net/blog/2008/02/19/my-broadband-doesnt-work/ ; for connection checks.
And a soon as you sync at a higher rate for 72 hours consistently it will automatically raise. The profile will have lowered due to dropped connections.

There appears to be far too many speed issues lately.

@denissb66,
Just checked your connection logs and I don't see a 72 hour connection, the best connection you had was:
08:53 18/Jun/2010 14:39 20/Jun/2010 2 Days, 5:46:8
I was wondering if you had noticed your dropped connections since then or had been rebooting your router? If not then I think if you raise a ticket it should be about intermittent connection rather than speed, as that would most likely be the root cause.
@Azagoth,
I've just checked your line @ 9.00 and either you have no sync or your router was off. If you can confirm that your router is on and in sync I can do another line check for you. Otherwise, it may be useful to visit http://community.plus.net/blog/2008/02/19/my-broadband-doesnt-work/ for connection checks.
@ovale,
There are a number of dropped connections on your line, so I have forwarded your ticket to the intermittent faults dept. If there was an interruption on your line during a speed test this would severely affect your results.

the issue would have only caused one dropped connection, which is not enough to lower a profile. There's no definitive amount but rule of thumb would probably say that dropping connection over 3 times in one hour could affect your profile.

I've just had another look at things, and the best I can recommend is to leave it with the faults guys, I'm scratching my head on this one too!

120Kbps talk about the dark ages,speeds were faster than this back in 1975 when the ISL4/72 was operational.It took over 2hours just to do an update this afternoon.
