Hi, I'm getting timed out messages trying to access ocado.com, I also cannot access through the Ocado app.
Ocado are twittering that there are problems with certain providers and are indicating the problem is with them to fix. Could you look into it please?
I've rebooted my router with no effect.

Sorry you are having issues.
I've had a look and they are pretty vague with their messages about the problem. I'm going to see if we can get more info on what they mean.
