The company was dissolved on 31/08/2012 according to Companies House.
I think PN need to update the RIPE registry on this one.

Hi all,
I'm flagging this with a network engineer now.
It let you know if we're able to share what the reason for this was.
UPDATE:
issue mentioned is because the new VR (Central12 on pcl-bng02) isn't in the gateway checker and neither are the Parbin addresses so there's no issues with IP registry.
Sorry if this is an inconvenience for anyone but we're unable to prioritise getting those added to the checker at present.

Or just open a command prompt and run tracert - the plusnet gateway is the first hop after your router.
Clearly we're scraping the bottom of the IPv4 address barrel these days.

@ Adam - Surely Plusnet should update the RIPE database to change Parbin Limited to Plusnet plc?
@ pwatson - yep, but Plusnet shouldn't be using the company name anymore because it has been dissolved.

You may want to delete your precise IP address from that image.
That's a standard looking output for the debug. The following from a whois
