Been keeping an eye on things this past week during the evening and im pleased to say all has been well. Seems hard to believe that its just resolved itself on its own as its went on for so long. Fingers crossed though.

Yep - my tests last weekend were fine, however I'm back on night shift so am out of the house during peak time and can't run the tests. I suspect some behind the scenes work has been done to increase capacity at the exchange.

Glad to see things have improved, the latest update from the escalation raised was to send an engineer out(again!), we advised that this seemed pointless to to escalate to the necessary level(HLE) then this is the next step. We have however stated that if another engineer visit is required that a lift & shift be completed which they have agreed too.

I've decided to close my ticket now - it seems to be running at full speed for my present synch rate (Downstream: 14.62 Mbps, Upstream: 1.082 Mbps) and Current Line Speed is 13.2 Mb, which matches the BT IP Profile.

Glad to see that both connections are performing better. I've not had clarification that this has been resolved on the escalation that was raised, but when I get some answers I'll let you know.
