Hi there,
I've read through your ticket and sorry to see that the broadband order was not placed on the 11th, I'll try to ascertain as to why it wasn't as I can't initially tell if our system would not let this be placed or this was a mistake by my colleague, either way apologies.
I can see that an order has been placed and is scheduled to complete on the 21st March. I'll keep my eye on it to make sure this does happen and let you know if by any chance it completes early.
Can you confirm that you've received the router?

Hi thanks for reply, Yeah i got the router last week if i remember rightly, As it hasnt been actived on the date PN said, am i term for a discount or what ever as it wont activated on the day?
