Not connecting.

I have just switched to plusnet, phone connected yesterday and I got a text this morning saying broadband had completed so tried to set up but power and broadband light is stuck at orange. How long does it take to activate after completion?

It can be any time up until midnight on the 'go live' day.

So do I leave it on and it will eventually turn blue or switch it off and keep trying occasionally?

Leave it on until tomorrow. If it’s not working in the morning then try a restart.

So had a chat this morning -
'though it seems like we are having an incident that we are aware of and working to get it resolved asap. We are going to update you once it is done and then your service will get live'

no timescale scale given so guess I'm just waiting!

I'm really sorry for the issues with this. I've just been able to resolve a known issue with the account which was preventing you from connecting. 

 

I've given it a couple of minutes before checking our connection logs and can see that you're now online
