Not Received £75 Rewards Card Email

Evening all,

My broadband service went live on 24th July (three weeks ago today). However, I have yet to receive the £75 Reward Card email, which I expected to receive within 10 working days of the service being activated.

Is anyone else still waiting on theirs? A big part of the reason I joined plusnet was the £75 rewards card. Is someone able to shed any light on this?

Hi Stuart, I'm sorry to hear your cashback email might have gotten lost/to junk etc. We sent it over on 29th July but to ensure you don't miss out, I've claimed it on your behalf.

 

I tried to call you to let you know about this but unfortunately I couldn't get through, I left a voicemail on your mobile regarding this. Your reward should arrive in the next 30 days. Please don't hesitate to let us know if you don't receive it or you have any further questions/queries.
