Non-existent upload speeds over the past few days

Hi guys,
Been happy with my Plusnet service for a couple of years now, but for the last few days my internet connectivity has been sketchy.  Speed tests show download speeds as normal (4-5 Mbps) but upload speeds are practically non-existent (0.04 Mbps)
I've changed the ADSL filter (no change), I don't have another router to try at the moment but in the mean time I thought I'd ask if anyone has any suggestions?
Cheers.

Hi Dodge9876,
Are you connected via an Ethernet Cable or Wireless? If it's Wireless, could you please connect an Ethernet Cable and let us know if there is any difference?

Hi Chris,
Thanks for the reply.  It's the same whether connected by ethernet or wireless.
Cheers.

I've just reset your line, if you could give it a few minutes and let us know if there's any difference?

No different I'm afraid Chris - still 4.6 download and now not even registering on http://www.speedtest.net/ for the upload speed.  It took me ~30 seconds to submit my last post!
I've power cycled my router too.
