Will I still be charged if my router switched off for the rest of 31 days without any connection active with no usage allowance ? I think my last connected was back in 21st November

Can unused usage allowance carried forward to next billing date if never use any connection for a whole month ? eg: 60Gb + 60Gb = 120Gb on next billing ?

The usage is only available for the billing month it was set for, it doesn't carry over.
