Hi.
I have seen an odd comment or two about this in the past.
My situation is I have had no usage data for the last 6 months!
The link leads to the page, but I get the message -
"Sorry, there's nothing to show at the moment"
Then the usual list appears with 'helpful' suggestions that lead nowhere.
Has anyone had this problem and if yes, what was the solution?
Trying to talk to Plusnet - apart from using the support telephone number - is a s much use as the proverbial chocolate teapot (something to bear in mind if you like Yorkshire tea, perhaps). Problem is - I don't always have 45 minutes to spare listening to the AWFUL muzack on the Plusnet phone system.

Further to the above, I have (at 07:45) had an on line chat (My God, that was a SURPRISE..........be Early and you beat the rush). The upshot of my conversation with [CSA Removed] was this is a value-added feature and not essential to provision of user service. The problem is known and ongoing. As such it is (very) low priority to be fixed - don't hold your breath.
I told [CSA Removed] his comments were a cop-out and that this HAD been a feature ever since the dim and distant past, when I originally joined Force 9 (ah, the heady days of analog dial-up, eh!**&$")
Moderator's note by Mike (Mav): CSA name removed as per Forum rules.

- Perhaps I should read what I type BEFORE I post it....it's SUCH a small box to type in
- Still got the problem.....it would be helpful if somone who can effect change at Plu.Net pic ked up on this blog and fixed my issue!!
- that I find it difficult to READ it! I of course meant Plus.Net. Perhaps it should be renamed Plunder.Net (questionmark)

No speed data:
This feature too seems to have been unavailable for far too long too!! (as attachment).
My usage stats do actually work, however

I've noticed this for quite some time. I just assumed they had removed the service of being able to see usage.
Interesting that some people can indeed see their stats. I have to agree, I can't be bothered to be on hold for that long either.

Last Friday I celebrated the 6-month anniversary of my usage stats disappearing. No cake or booze, just an hour's silence while I read and commented on this forum.
