Non- Secure connection warning message

I can no longer connect to my account at Welsh Water and I get the 'no secure connection' message. This is the same on all my devices so must be a plusnet issue. I have tred to understand the messages on the forum abut this but can't grasp how to fix this issue.  Any advice for ths IT simpleton?

More likely a Welsh Water security certificate issue with web page.

Thanks. Other people have no problem accessing the site using a different broadband provider so this made me think it might be a plusnet issue rather than welsh water.

If you have a saved bookmark delete it and try https://www.dwrcymru.com

 More info, it is the connection the browser is making to Welsh Water not the internet connection reporting the error.

Have you tried a different browser? I use Firefox with the HTTPS Everywhere extension. Failing that I agree it's probably a missing or incorrect certificate.

If you can post a screenshot of what you're seeing it will help. Just remove any personal information.

What device are you using?

I'll check the site now and see if it is a server based issue.

EDIT: Using my Mac the certificate comes up as expiring as the 8th April 2020. So it looks fine from their end.

Sorry to hear you are unable to gain access to Welsh Water.

Before going through any intrusive testing, I would recommend ensuring the time and date are correct but I appreciate this is very likely to be the case.

After the above, we require information which @Alex has stated. If possible in the meantime, test the website on another device.
