Noise Margin Issue

Hi,
Broadband has been somewhat jerky of late with connection intermittently stopping.... on checking the router stats notice the Noise margin is so low that it often hits zero. Done all the checks switch of router, reboot check filters even changed filter still low................anybody any ideas why this should drop so low!!
Attached some stats for viewing.

Hi there,
From our point of view the connection looks pretty stable and tests show the SNR at 6db.
However I'd go ahead and raise a fault if this continues to be a problem for you: http://faults.plus.net
