HI Eddie,
I've spoken to one of the faults team and we're raising this with our suppliers, so within a few hours they should come back and as us for appointment times, at which point we'll ring you and book an appointment.

I have agreed for the BT engineer to come on Monday 8 am - 12

Hello Joanne
pleased to tell you that folliowng the Bt engineers visit , I am now online again, they fiddled with the wiring ,  they need to correct the intial wiring of the line and fitted a new box
All is  now well ( touch wood  )
